Product Management Manager 4 – Digital Core Servicing
The WFA Digital Product Development team designs and develops the next generation of digital client experience. This Director will be responsible for large-scale Digital Products and initiatives including (but not limited to): Secure Digital Experience including customer onboarding, research, messaging, trading, performance management, and other. They will be managing this experience across browser, tablet, and the mobile app.
The Director of Digital Core Experience Development is a key leader on the Digital Product Development team, and will be responsible for the following functions and activities:
Lead overall secured session (post login) experience, including direct digital onboarding.
Lead capability development and client journey for existing clients, with a focus on servicing.
Lead a team of Product managers and analysts to support the above programs.
Build a team that delivers digital experiences that propel customers to desired outcomes, exceed customer expectations, and enhance customer relationships with the firm.
Be a digital thought leader and change agent, and always uphold a customer / client-first lens
Serves as the catalyst that can drive delivery transformation and acceleration through iterative development practices like agile/lean.
Develop a rationalized strategy across various products and prioritized roadmap, along with backlogs.
Implement and manage continuous improvement throughout product lifecycle for the digital products and collaborate with WFA Sales Channels, product groups, and support team to ensure platform best practices are defined and developed.
In collaboration with partners, strategically plan, prioritize, and manage product features and requirements from conceptual stages through life cycles to meet operational, financial, and corporate objectives.
Bring the analytical rigor, along with understanding of user experience design, to all aspects of the role in order to create a best-in-class digital experience for our customers.

5+ years of retail brokerage or operations experience
8+ years of product development and product management experience
8+ years of management experience
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Ability to manage large scale program initiatives in a complex environment
Professional presentation skills
Other Desired Qualifications
8+ years of managing large programs strongly preferred
3 years of driving large agile transformation in the Digital space strongly preferred
1 year of Wells Fargo's Web Governance and Accessibility Knowledge strongly preferred
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
