WLO Loan Servicing Specialists are responsible for review and interpretation of complex loan and legal documentation packages with emphasis on loan structure analysis (billing, rate structures, and payments) and comparison to credit approval documentation. Candidate will perform accurate set up and/or maintenance that includes booking, research, wire and/or payment processing, and related servicing events on the Automated Financial System (AFS) and related systems. Ideal candidates must have experience with general ledger and financial application of funds. Candidates need to represent a capacity to work in a detailed, yet quick paced environment. 5+ years of loan administration experience, loan servicing experience, or a combination of both
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Knowledge and understanding of Automated Financial Systems (AFS) used to interpret loan documentation and researching
Other Desired Qualifications
1+ Years of AFS experience
Minimum two years related experience - to include experience in a professional office/service environment, related experience working with confidential customer data, and/or related systems and applications.
Must be able to perform with high attention to detail in a high volume, quick paced, service oriented environment and adapt to daily volume fluctuations and/or peak period processing.
Exhibit high degree of Quality/Accuracy in prior roles
