Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses. Must have the ability to perform high volume, time sensitive tasks related to the loan documentation process with a high degree of accuracy and control. Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties/functions which may include: interpreting and inputting data, analyzing reports, contacting internal/external customers for information, and researching moderately complex loan documentation problems. Applicant should have experience reviewing and processing property/hazard insurance policies. Ability to research and review loan documents to identify collateral securing commercial loans. Must be self-motivated and able to manage your own workflow while exercising limited judgment within standard policies and procedures.

The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hours may change due to business needs.

2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment demonstrated through work or military experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience reviewing and interpreting hazard insurance policies as they apply to collateral secured loans
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience with commercial hazard insurance.
One year experience working with insurance forms, Acord 27/28 and complete policy reviews.
Two years of commercial loan documentation.
