The Master and Reference Data Remediation (MRDR) team provides a single point of contact, within Data Management & Insights (DMI), to stakeholders across the enterprise for all party and product data issues and enhancements.
MRDR services include centralized data issue intake, root-cause analysis, requirement gathering, and data remediation solution design and execution to improve sales processes, party & product risk management, as well as financial, profitability, and regulatory reporting.
Primary responsibilities within this role include: The Master and Reference Data Remediation (MRDR) team provides a single point of contact, within Data Management & Insights (DMI), to stakeholders across the enterprise for all party and product data issues and enhancements.
Lead the most complex enterprise-wide reference data remediation initiatives Act as the domain manager overseeing execution of customer and product remediation initiatives Lead analysis on highly complex multi domain remediation efforts. Serve as single point of contact on high priority issues. Drive solution design and execution of multipronged remediation efforts that span across platforms, subject areas, and lines of business to address enterprise customer and product data needs. Define scope of current state customer & product data issues requiring tactical remediation Establish communication routines with senior stakeholders and business partners including Provide party and product subject matter expertise to support analytics, risk management and regulatory & financial reporting Support eMRD and strategic party and product MDM business requirements and on-boarding / adoption issue resolution
10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis
10+ years of banking industry experience
4+ years of SQL experience
5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
5+ years of consultative business analysis experience
Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)
Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring
Knowledge and understanding of LE management tools such as GEMS, Blueprint, LEIF, Hogan, EPIC, WCIS, as well as other Wells Fargo systems of record
Wholesale Customer Information System (WCIS) Experience
Other Desired Qualifications
Ability to translate data analytics results into meaningful business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. - Experience with Master & Reference Data - Experience with Banking customer and product data
