The Business Operations Administrative Analyst provides administrative and operational support to Business Operations Division.
As the Business Operations Administrative Analyst you will:
Support Business Operations Division administrative operations;
Provide development, monitoring and evaluation of operations programmatic performance measures;
Provide support to the Deputy Director at the service and department level to ensure division infrastructure compliments the infrastructure goals and objectives of the department by acting as liaison to support services, examples include: Department Leadership, Information Technology, Human Resources, County Budget Office, etc.;
Specifically, this will require development of administrative operations systems for Business Operations to include: accounting, budgeting, contracting, financial management, and procurement.

Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*:
Equivalent to an Associate of Arts degree from an accredited college with major course work in business administration, public administration, or a related field, AND
Two years of increasingly responsible secretarial and administrative support experience.
