Serve as an influential leader, change agent, company spokesperson, and internal consultant to implement innovative D&I strategies, solutions, training, tools, resources, and thought leadership on diversity and inclusion across the organization.
Act as the D&I ambassador, representing the Moody's brand in the marketplace; bring in external best practices.
Lead the strategy and accountabilities for the employee-run affinity groups (ERGs), D&I Ambassador Program, and Senior Women Leadership Forum.
Co-lead the Moody's D&I Council
Provide strategic direction in the development of enterprise strategies for D&I including governance structure, policies, procedures, action plans, and processes to effectively support leadership accountability and a global competitive edge
Implement appropriate measurements to track diversity efforts and accomplishments, report progress to senior leadership, audit our current state as a workplace, and drive new solutions internally
Lead the development and promotion of Moody's D&I employment brand, spearhead outreach efforts to externally to educate others about opportunities within our organization and improve D&I recruitment and retention
Cultivate a culture that is inclusive, innovative, willing to take risks, and actively embraces multiple dimensions of diversity
Develop and support integrated strategies for talent management of a diverse global leadership pipeline with a focus on employee development, succession planning, engagement, retention, and advancement
Review and enhance current D&I processes/practices to achieve greater operational excellence and continuous improvement in support of the D&I strategy"
Work with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide insights, resources, tools, and actions that increase the organization's focus on driving action in promoting diversity and inclusion
Work with Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and HR Business Partners to continuously seek opportunities to identify and promote and develop diverse talent within the company, ensure recruiting efforts from a broader candidate pool are maximized through diverse slates, compliance obligations for equal employment opportunity are achieved
Proactively engage with business leaders and HR Business Partners to discuss opportunities, challenges and forward-looking workforce plans
Participate in leadership discussions and development planning to driving the cultural change

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year degree required
10+ years of work experience in corporate environment with 5+ years in a professional services environment preferred (ideally financial services environment)
Deep subject matter expertise in the field of Diversity and Inclusion
Excellent oral and written communication skills
