Collaborative (School of Nursing & Health Studies)
Provide leadership in program and resource development. Direct national initiatives in the family planning and reproductive health field, create project teams, and serve as a resource for project development and completion.
Participate in and represent the National Clinical Training Center for Family Planning (NCTCFP) in high-level meetings for high-visibility projects. Facilitate collaboration and communication among key stakeholders, including federal DHHS government officials and the Family Planning National Training Center (FPNTC).
Conceptualize, develop and implement new training solutions and opportunities for enhancing the learners' experience across the Title X network of providers.
Design technical assistance plans using evidence-based implementation strategies based on the most current implementation science literature to respond to requests in a way that will meet the needs of physicians, nurses, advanced practice nurses and physician assistants.
Create and deliver presentations relevant to the National Clinical Training Center for Family Planning cooperative agreement.
Work in concert with the Project Director to write strong, competitive federal grant applications; and progress reports (as needed).
Perform other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the federally grant-funded program.

Local, regional, and national travel estimated at 10 - 15%
Qualifications for Position:
Physician, advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) or physician assistant with expertise in family planning/reproductive health.
Doctorate in nursing, education, public health or related field.
Knowledge and clinical experience in the family planning/reproductive health field.
Demonstrated success in managing projects similar in scope and size.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
3+ years experience in clinical training/ management role
5+ years experience in public health setting with emphasis in reproductive health
Knowledge of the Title X network history, products and trainings.
Experience with placement and removal of LARC Methods
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated capacity to work independently or on a team
Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
