The Role: S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Healthcare team. Our goal is to deliver in-depth analysis and proprietary data on the constantly-evolving healthcare space. Boundaries between sectors are blurring, so we cover them all and connect the dots in real time, tracking both quantitative impact and qualitative implications.
You are responsible for contributing to the build-out of multiple healthcare products. You will continuously seek feedback from clients on their data needs, identify sources of such data and help bring it onto our platform. This will require understanding of healthcare industry and its sub-segments on one hand, and deep understanding of S&P Global back-end development process on the other. In addition, you will be involved in marketing initiatives and though leadership. This includes co-designing marketing campaigns to help promote S&P's fledging healthcare offering, create market awareness and build our brand in the segment. Responsible for global initiatives, including North and Latin Americas, Asia and Europe.

The Team / The Business: The position resides within the Healthcare product management team. The members of your extended team will include people from sales and account management, client support, marketing, research, news as well as many other product and platforms teams whose expertise contributes to the overall Healthcare solution.

Synthesize ideas from internal business leaders, customer usability studies, end user feedback and competitive/market intelligence and craft them into powerful platform enhancements with a focus on return-on-investment
Influence product development by providing feedback to business managers on use demand, market practices and product enhancements
Build consensus and justify product recommendations in terms of client workflow/need, usability, intuitiveness, consistency, and business goals
Increase market penetration through on-site visits with clients and prospects
Develop and executing on go-to-market strategies for product rollout/launch
Identify multiple avenues for market development, including marketing channels, speaking engagements, partnerships
Strategy or PM experience in the healthcare industry is a requirement, ideally 7 years of experience
A Bachelor's degree is required; preferred areas include: Economics/Finance/Business. Master's degree with focus on healthcare would be a strong asset in this role
Strong user experience sensibilities and a desire to discover and fulfill user needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are required
History of teamwork and proven ability to deliver results
Possess the ability to work within a group, and to collect and interpret partner feedback
Knowledge of agile/scrum
