The successful candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Technology Services Business Development team supporting the Global Logistics and Modernization (GLM) division. This position will be located in Dayton, OH.

Maintain and establish business relationships and developing opportunities in support of the division’s strategic growth and business goals
Identify, qualify and shape new business opportunities for the products, capabilities and customers within the division with particular emphasis on and expertise in US Air Force aviation sustainment, modernization and upgrade environments
Provide leadership for all applicable areas in the Business Acquisition Process (BAP)
Execute program advocacy campaigns to ensure long term support
Proactively collaborate within Northrop Grumman Corporation, with special emphasis on collaborating across sectors to create as much corporate synergy as possible
Communicate at all levels of both internal and customer organizations, including with executive management
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of 10 years of combined experience with defense/aerospace business and defense operations or a Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience
Proven skills in planning and program performance by addressing cost, schedule, technical performance
High Energy, Open Communicator/Collaborator to all levels of the organization
Ability to communicate effectively with Executive Management
Demonstrated skills as a respected team leader
Active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Operational, Acquisition, and/or Program Management experience
Working knowledge of the sustainment & MRO&U environments with operational and CONOP knowledge and experience
Experience in US and allied military aviation, maintenance and logistics
Experience in business marketing/ coordination and submission of responsive proposals with an ability to build and lead teams with a vision for success and capable of delegating responsibilities to the appropriate team members
Intimacy with the various Customer organizations that procure and/or operate systems and/or platforms of NGC interest
Strong existing relationships with DoD and allied government organizations, especially for USAF programs and portfolios located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH
Credentials across all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) strategy, opportunity shaping, identification & qualification
