JobDescription : Role Purpose The Technology Product Management, Digital Engagement Director will transform the way that product management at S&P Ratings gains insights into the usage patterns of its internal customers at a global scale. The lead manages a team of business analysts and content designers who use data and direct interactions to gain insight into user behaviors across our 150+ applications and assist our product managers to build functionality that maximizes user satisfaction. The Digital Engagement Lead is one of 7 manager roles that sits within the Technology Product Management (TPM) function in Ratings IT. The Lead will coach a team of individuals to gather, analyze and report on product and performance related data in a manner that is consumable by the rest of the organization and leads to actionable insights. The digital engagement team also plays a support role in providing learning insights, communication materials, and in-application guidance that allows our users to seamlessly adopt new functionality without extensive training programs. This role contributes to leading change in a fast-paced environment, coaching and empowering team members to deliver in an effective, efficient manner.
Build, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 content designers and business analysts to successfully execute the role and develop in their careers
Lead the team to design and implement a usage and performance data reporting and analysis platform that provides actionable insights to the product management organization
Lead the team to design and implement metric and KPI dashboards to inform management decision making
Lead the team to maintain broad communications to users to keep them informed of product releases and roadmaps
Lead the team to provide content and standards for in-application guidance
Proactively plan and manage capacity for team members
Ensure strong processes are established and followed
Contribute to executing TPM & Ratings IT strategy

Background & Experience
10+ Years in Industry: Financial Services or Technology
7+ Years understanding or working with Ratings applications, internal and external customers
2 Years in a Management Role
Experience with Agile software development and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of Financial and Credit Market Services
Familiarity with Lean Management Systems
