JobDescription : Role Purpose The Technology Product Management, Senior Director leads a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners to deliver the business strategy through technology enablement and delivery. The Lead role is one of 8 manager roles that sits within the Technology Product Management (TPM) function in Ratings IT and is aligned with one of the functional areas of Ratings.
The Lead will own bringing work from the functional areas to the teams, steering the development of customer focused solutions and contributing to building our next generation of systems. The Lead will coach a team of around 15 individuals to deliver on the prioritized projects, establish and implement strong processes and ensure good stakeholder management. This role contributes to leading change in a fast-paced environment, coaching and empowering team members to deliver in an effective, efficient manner.
Build, coach and develop team of approximately 15 Product Owners and Business Analysts to successfully execute the role and develop in their careers
Work with stakeholders in functional areas to ensure work is brought to the teams
Communicate transparently and proactively with stakeholders and team members
Coach and guide team members to strategically align solutions with IT and Ratings strategy and deliver in a timely, effective, efficient manner
Proactively plan and manage capacity for team members
Ensure strong processes are established and followed
Contribute to executing TPM & Ratings IT strategy

Primary focus of the role is managing a team of professionals will full management decisions including hiring, compensation and performance management decisions, budgets and planning
Background & Experience
15+ Years in Industry: Financial Services or Technology
10+ Years understanding or working with Ratings applications, internal and external customers
2 Years in a Management Role
Experience with Agile software development and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of Financial and Credit Market Services
Familiarity with Lean Management Systems
