TheTeam/Business: Our Finance Team doesn't just provide essential financial information to our external customers. We provide information, insights and decision support to internal business partners to optimize financial and strategic decision-making.
The Impact: Acts as a business partner in providing financial services as well as process/operations improvements. Conducts financial analysis and reporting to provide financial direction to the various business divisions. Provides guidance and support in establishing and setting the estimates & budgets, accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls etc. for respective units/country/region. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial documents, regulatory and management reports.
Responsible for overseeing the overall financial analysis/planning operation in a respective business unit/region. Advises financial planning and evaluation, financial reporting, interpretation/analysis of the results. Builds and delivers all financial reports.
Provides financial direction to the business and contributes to both the short-term business management and long-term strategic direction of the business.
Works with management to develop financial estimates and budgets. Establishes and maintains comprehensive and transparent financial models.
Applies the best financial practices, knowledge of strategic objectives and understanding of market drivers and competitive landscape to impact business results.
Leads others in identifying and resolving complex problems using financial analysis methods.
Works with Finance senior/executive management and leadership in business units/segment.
Impacts the quality and effectiveness of related teams by implementing the business plan.
Undergraduate/Graduate degree in accounting, finance or related discipline required.
Strong communication and analytical skills and with a focus on accuracy and detail.
9+ years experience in accounting or finance.
Attentive to accuracy, committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/act acts on quality problems
