The Impact: You will strengthen the organization's relationship with new and existing clients by developing and executing proactive, dedicated and ongoing client support on transaction management. You will drive continuous service improvement with an ultimate organization's goal of revenue maintenance and client retention.
What's in it for you: You are responsible for the end-to-end client transaction management for a pre-defined set of accounts in a selected geography. You will be involved across the Sales organization in enabling the sales fulfilment process, including proposal creation, contract development, Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) process facilitation, basic commercial communication and order execution. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative, hands-on and customer-centric role where the individual will need to be both computer literate to drive seamless execution, and highly communicative in order to quickly build trust and relationships for delivering premium customer satisfaction.
Your Skills: You have a good understanding of how a Business and Sales Operations lifecycle works in the financial services industry. You should have prior work experience in a client servicing role or an operational support to a sales team. You should have strong analytical and time management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with senior management.
Execute end-to-end sales fulfilment process including proposal creation, contract development and order execution, ensuring timely delivery and liaising with Finance
Collaborate with Business Development representatives and to manage the proposal and contract creation process
Collaborate with Relationship and Portfolio Management representatives to ensure effective client communication for smooth processing of order creation
Facilitate regulatory requirement for Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) processes to fulfil smooth and authorized client on-boarding
Focus on business retention by delivering high level of customer service and client satisfaction
Contract creation for new business sales based on negotiated commercial arrangement
Communicate with clients regarding significant issues and direct their resolution
Handle transactional customer queries
Accurate billing and system entry to ensure maximum revenue realization
Track customer developments and trends to help shape future offerings
Own and adhere to departmental standards and processes
Appropriate understanding of relevant regulations and company policies
Maintains awareness of market and industry trends
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and act as bridge between Sales, Finance, Compliance, Products, Operations functions
Knowledge of typical Business and Sales Operations processes in the financial services sector, and preferably in the ratings/financial services industry
Strong experience in B2B client activity, ideally from client-facing roles, in the financial services industry
What we're looking for:
Bachelor degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related subject
2-4 years of client servicing or sales support experience in the financial services industry
Broad based knowledge and understanding of the capital markets and financial service industry
Exposure or strong interest in the fixed income market
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Be able to think critically and reach conclusions independently
Demonstrated strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
Demonstrate flexibility and proactiveness to fulfil and drive ad-hoc team or client initiatives
Excellent communications skills, both written and orally
Business proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both computer typing and orally
Must display can-do and team player attitude
Ability to deal with people at all levels within an organization
