The following three positions are open at Alteristic, a non-profit focused on the prevention of interpersonal violence.
Position 1: Assistant Director of Training will serve as part of the program leadership team and support in departmental planning and supervision of Senior Trainers. Contribute as a team member to prevention program curriculum development for diverse stakeholders (K-12, college, military, neighborhoods, communities of color).
Position 2: Assistant Director of Training/Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of trainers and ensuring quality trainings. The Assistant Director will also manage assigned projects and oversee the successful execution of Alteristic trainings and technical assistance. The position will also contribute as a team member to prevention program curriculum development for diverse stakeholders (government departments, agencies, affiliated entities, corporations, and other organizations on evidence-based violence prevention strategies).
Position 3: Training Lead/Consultant must be a seasoned, dynamic and charismatic public speaker with demonstrated leadership skills. The Training Lead/Consultant will provide high-level consultation and training on research-informed, data-driven prevention strategies for government departments, agencies, affiliated entities, corporations, and other organizations.
