We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator.
In this role, the successful candidate Reporting to the co-Directors of the Tech4Health Institute, the project coordinator is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support.
Serves as administrative support for the Tech4Health Institute, interacting with faculty and staff. Coordinates operations providing direct support for Program Directors serving as the liaison to administrative areas including facilities, human resources, finance, etc.
Cooperates, communicates and relates well to all levels of Medical Center. Listens carefully to others in order to respond appropriately, answer questions or obtain needed information. effective manner. Maintains the confidentiality of all research information.
Is able to recognize problems as they occur; and through the application of appropriate policy/ procedure, determine and/or recommends the appropriate solution. Seeks guidance as necessary for the performance of duties asks appropriate questions when in doubt and utilizes reference sources/materials to endure accuracy. Advises appropriate personnel of situations/problems requiring intervention or follow-up attention.
Oversees and supports the day-to-day operations providing a single-point-of-contact (SPOC) relating to the provision of Tech4Health Administrative staff.
Assures compliance with regulatory mandates of all appropriate/applicable governing bodies. Communicates new policies and procedures and regulatory changes impacting the department to all staff as appropriate. Ensures that policy changes are documented thoroughly. Coordinates and prepares externally and internally mandated reports.
Communicates information clearly, completely and professionally at all levels, tailors communications to the listener and maintains appropriate confidentiality. Responds in a timely manner.
Makes good judgements which are based on gathering and analyzing factual and objective data. Is able to interpret policies/procedures in order to make sound independent decisions. Demonstrates creativity in identifying effective solutions. Makes decisions in a timely manner.
Adheres to department guidelines concerning sick time, vacation, personal days and other paid/unpaid leaves. Upholds the professional, institutional and personal code of ethical compliance.
Participates and performs other related duties as required.
To qualify you must have a Minimum of three (3) years proven and progressive research administration and/or client relationship experience or equivalent, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong relationship management/building, customer service, time management and prioritization skills.
