Provides contract administration support for all aspects of contract compliance matrixes to include: Human Resources, Quality Control, Safety, Accounting, and Fiscal Reporting functions and timelines. Provides program support and input on government contract related issues. Provides input for quality control and safety manuals, MSDS books, and policies and procedures. Under the direction of the Contracts Manager, interfaces frequently with the Operations and Business Development teams in monitoring compliance initiatives, matrixes, and timelines to ensure all deliverables are met.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Knowledge in the administration of contract compliance and interpretation of Federal Acquisition Regulations as it relates to all types of contracts, to include, but not limited to NDA’s, TA’s, Subcontracts and Contracts.
Collaborate on and or assist in making approved contractual changes/edits to contract language as required
Ensures contract requirements are met by developing schedules and timeframes for compliance identification, tracking, and recordkeeping.
Designs and implements contract filing system index to ensure accurate tracking of all contract documents and modifications; establishes a log with contract and modification numbers, dates, and amounts.
Designs and implements subcontract filing system index to ensure accurate tracking of all subcontract documents and modifications; establishes a log with contract with numbers, dates, scope of work, and amounts.
Performs regular reviews to compliance matrix and sends updates and reminders to the Operations Team of upcoming requirements and timelines.
Oversees the authenticity of documentation control recordkeeping, record archives, and retrieval; maintains all Original contracts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
A minimum of five (5) years' experience with government contracts.
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in project site operations/management with service industry, and/or government contracting enviornment.
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a related field. College degree may be waived if equivalent, extensive related experience can be demonstrated.
A minimum of one to three years’ experience in project site operations/management within a services industry, and/or government contracting environment.
Knowledge of and experience with project site operational functions associated with an organization with multiple office sites.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at one time.
