KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, to join our Government Contracts Organization.
Oversee the full life cycle process of the pre-award and post-award contract and subcontract administration, including initiating and negotiating agreements
Maintain document tracking, reporting and perform risk assessment reviews
Provide feedback and recommendations for the proposal submission purposes and regulatory compliance issues
Perform business assessments of solicitations and organizational conflicts of interest
Help to ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements and firm policies and procedures
Minimum of four year’s experience administering and managing contracts in a federal contracting environment; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college/university or JD, DAWIA, CACM or CPCM certifications preferred
Working knowledge and application of the FAR, DFAR, GSA and other agency-specific acquisition rules and regulations
Demonstrated understanding of the current regulatory environment relative to the development, negotiation and management of contractual agreements
Familiar with cost accounting standards compliance and general services administration schedule requirements, regulations and issues
